Integrative Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, and OCD

  • Everyone’s healing journey is different. That’s why I take an integrative approach, blending multiple therapeutic and coaching modalities to meet you where you are — emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Our Approach

Depending on your unique needs, personality, and goals, I draw from a variety of evidence-based and holistic modalities to create a personalized healing experience that supports your mind, body, and nervous system as a whole.

Modalities may include:

Somatic Therapy — helps you reconnect with your body, release stored stress and tension, and develop a greater sense of safety, grounding, and emotional regulation.

Parts Work / Internal Family Systems (IFS) — helps you compassionately understand and heal different parts of yourself, including inner critics, protectors, wounded younger parts, and patterns rooted in survival.

EMDR-Informed Practices — supports the processing of overwhelming experiences and emotional patterns so they feel less charged and no longer hold the same impact on your daily life.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) — supports you in identifying unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors so you can respond to life with more clarity, balance, and self-awareness.

Narrative Therapy — helps you explore the stories and identities you’ve carried, allowing you to rewrite limiting beliefs and reconnect with a more empowered version of yourself.

Mindfulness & Meditation — cultivates present-moment awareness, self-compassion, and the ability to observe thoughts and emotions without becoming consumed by them.

Nervous System Regulation — teaches practical tools to move out of chronic stress, anxiety, shutdown, or overwhelm and into greater calm, resilience, connection, and ease.

Compassionate Coaching & Motivational Interviewing — provides supportive guidance, accountability, and collaborative goal-setting that empowers you to create meaningful and sustainable change.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor each session to meet you exactly where you are. My intention is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to heal, grow, reconnect with yourself, and build lasting inner trust and confidence.

“In over 20+ years working in the personal development business, learning and practicing many approaches to personal growth, none have been as impactful as Parts Work with Chanel.

Through this process and her guidance, was able to find trauma stuck in my body and learn how to release it... some of it feelings and emotions inside me I didn't even know existed.

Chanel's ability to create a safe and supportive space is truly extraordinary.

The results are life changing, and I can’t recommend her work highly enough for anyone, interested in healing and expanding their self awareness.”

Having the support of a coach that aligns with my own mind-body approach to life and health … well, it’s one of the biggest blessings in my life! Just having only this ONE person in my life who ‘gets’ and can talk with me about what I first learned in 1986 is a support I’ve never before experienced — it’s wonderful. :) - Kathryn

“My coach Chanel has guided me in many ways to go deeper with the somatic work and also giving me valuable tools to work with. I have noticed more daily freedom and happiness on a more sustained level in spite of challenging times.” - Sarah

“Around 6 months ago I was handed a paper that told me I had “chronic dizziness.” Unsure why or what was happening, talking to 10+ doctors over the span of 2 months, I started to explain my symptoms to Chanel.

We slowly uncovered that the fear around these physical symptoms, most likely originating from an inner ear virus, was halting my recovery.

My body was fixating on non-important signals instead of ignoring them because of my fear.

Chanel taught me to be curious about the symptoms instead of afraid and pushing them away and that all thoughts around the dizziness like “I won’t live a normal life” were not true.

She helped me more than any doctor did during that time and now, completely dizzy-free, I really couldn’t recommend speaking to her enough.

She understands what you may be going through and offers a different perspective.”

You know the feeling.
Your mind won’t slow down. The overthinking, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, or emotional heaviness keep showing up no matter how hard you try to “fix” it.

Maybe you’ve experienced panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, emotional numbness, burnout, or periods where even simple things feel heavy and hard to navigate. And maybe from the outside, it looks like you’re functioning — but internally, you feel stuck in cycles of fear, hypervigilance, self-doubt, or exhaustion.

Here’s what I’ve learned through my work as a Somatic Mental Health Coach: you are not broken, weak, or failing. Your mind and body have simply adapted to stress in ways that were once protective.

Anxiety, OCD, chronic stress, and depression are not just “mental” experiences — they live in the nervous system and body, too. Which means healing often requires more than just thinking differently.
